Treat yourself with some Tea Cookies! A super friendly and convenient format of tea brewing without sacrificing on quality. If choosing and handling loose leaf tea is not your thing, and tea bags do not satisfy your elevated tasting buds, these individually pressed tea cookies are made for you!
 
Each tea in this set was selected to serve as a prime example of its respective processing style. These teas (except oolong) are pressed into convenient 7 gram biscuits that can be brewed in western style, at home or on the go.
 
Each set includes 2 x 7g (+/- 1 gram) of each tea.

    • White Tea from Mengsong with a naturally sweet taste and pleasant texture. Brew up to 60 seconds to allow the tea leaves to open, and a shorter brew time of 30-40 seconds per brew after that.

     

    • Raw Puer from Yiwu with a pleasant fragrance, low bitterness and nice returning honely-like sweetness. Brew up to 30 seconds, then add an additional 20-30 seconds per brew after that.

     

    • Ripe Puer from Menghai with a smooth texture, light woodiness and slight date-sweetness. Brew for 30 seconds, and add an additional 20 seconds per brew after that.

     

    • Sun dried Black Tea from Mengsong with a fragrant and slightly fruity black tea that changes over time. Brew for up to 30 seconds, then an additional 20-30 seconds per brew after that.

     

    • Tieguanyin Oolong with a creamy scent with a notable orchid/floral fragrance. Brew up to 20 seconds, add an additional 10-20 seconds per brew after that.
