• An appointment canceled or modified with less than 24h notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.

• A missed appointment without any notice will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee.

Due to limited availability and to insure the quality of our services, we apply a strict cancellation policy regardless of the reason for cancellation*.
