What is the shipping cost?

Free pick-up at the clinic ( Brossard ).

Get free delivery in Canada on purchases of $50 or more.

For orders under $50, we charge a flat shipping cost of $8.

We use Canada Post Standard Parcel shipping as our delivery method.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship international at this moment.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Once your order is placed, we will process and ship your parcel within 1 to 3 business days. If there’s a delay or an unexpected situation, we will communicate with you right away.

What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of our business and our products, we do not automatically accept returns or exchanges. However we do want you to be 100% satisfied. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will deal with it case by case, and find the best solution.
