How to use herbal soak:

Boil the herbal soak bag in 5 cups of water for 15 minutes. Dilute the decoction with water in your foot bath, the water level should be above your ankles, and the ideal water temperature should be maintained between 30 ° C and 40 ° C. Soak your feet for about 10-20 minutes.
